About the Role:
- Design campaign organizing strategies that build grassroots power for climate and environmental justice.
- Collaborate with chapter directors, volunteers, and staff on state and multi-state campaign plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach organizers and volunteer leaders to implement campaign plans and track metrics.
- Develop volunteer leaders through training and mentorship.
- Represent Sierra Club to officials, media, and coalitions.
What We're Looking For:
- Substantial field organizing and campaign leadership experience.
- Strong communication, team building, and data-driven organizing skills.
