The Role:

  • Serve as a trusted partner and right hand to the CTO, managing a dynamic calendar, prioritizing meetings, and protecting focus time.
  • Own the CTO’s email inbox—filtering, flagging, and following up to ensure timely responses and clear communication.
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure all participants are prepped for leadership meetings and key decision forums.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior technology leaders, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven mastery of calendar management, inbox triage, and executive communications.
  • Ruthless organization and a systems mindset—comfortable building docs, trackers, and repeatable workflows.

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong judgment, prioritization, and ability to make decisions within guardrails.
  • Experience coordinating across Ops, Product, Engineering, and Executive teams.
