About the team:
- Product Operations sits at the center of how our Product and wider R&D teams work, creating systems and practices for solving the right problems.
- AI is becoming an increasingly important part of that work, with teams already experimenting with tools like Glean and Claude to build automations and test agents.
What you'll do:
- Build and continuously improve our backlog of AI opportunities across R&D, from discovery through delivery and ongoing enhancement.
- Design AI-native solutions that fit naturally into workflows, whether a prompt, integration, agent, or internal application.
- Work with IT, InfoSec, and Finance to manage AI tool usage, governance, and visibility into spend and value.
