What you’ll be doing:
- Support and manage cases across the full ER spectrum.
- Assist with Employment Tribunal activity.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders.
Essential:
- Proven experience in Employee Relations or HR.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
