Bilingual Guidance Consultant (Clinical EAP Intake and Triage) - REMOTE

Role:

• Provide direct clinical EAP intake and triage support remotely from Canada.
• Guide clients to appropriate resources with empathy and clinical expertise.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct telephonic intakes and refer to therapists or counselors.
• Document cases and collaborate with internal teams.

We're Looking For:

• French bilingual fluency and a Master's in counseling, psychology, or social work.
• Clinical assessment experience in mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis.
