About the Role:
- Owns the functional vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensures the platform evolves in alignment with ServiceNow capabilities, business needs, and operational priorities.
- Responsible for staying current with new ServiceNow features.
What You'll Do:
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize work based on business impact, risk, and operational value.
- Partner with Architects and Developers to ensure solutions meet business intent.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Platform Lead.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
- Experience working with technical teams in an agile environment.
