People Operations Associate Generalist

As a People Operations Associate Generalist, you will work as part of the broader People Success Team and report to the Manager, People Ops Americas. Key responsibilities include managing and triaging employee requests using Jira, executing tier 1 People Operations processes (new hire onboarding, benefits administration, talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience), and handling tier 2 processes and escalations requiring critical thinking. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, identify process inefficiencies, suggest updates, create automations, and participate in cross-functional projects. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Coordinator roles and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Familiarity with Jira, Workday, Slack, and G-Suite is a plus.
