Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master

Overview:

• BerryDunn's Healthcare Analytics Practice Group seeks a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex data management and system technology initiatives.
• The role blends project management leadership, technical expertise, and Agile delivery in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver multiple concurrent projects using hybrid Agile and traditional project management approaches.
• Develop project plans, manage risks and resources, and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with data engineers on pipelines, warehousing, and reporting while performing SQL-based data validation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise data management or analytics technical projects.
• Strong background in SDLC, Jira administration, and working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.

Compensation & Culture:

• Base salary range targeted at $90,000 to $140,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
