As an Account Manager, you'll be a key part of helping WeTravel's community of travel organizers get the most out of WeTravel while feeling supported every step of the way. This role involves working closely with clients, ensuring they're fully supported, informed, and maximizing the value of the platform. You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and even Product to share customer feedback and shape the future of WeTravel's offering.
The role includes managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or expand product usage, and serving as a key point of contact for client questions or concerns. It also involves solving customer issues with a calm, proactive, and friendly approach.
