Director of Global Trade Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the global trade compliance program, including ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and anti-boycott.
• Oversee product classification, licensing, and import compliance activities.
• Lead screening, risk assessments, and responses to compliance incidents.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in global trade compliance, ideally in aerospace or defense.
• Strong operational knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and customs regulations.
• Direct experience with government agencies like BIS, DDTC, CBP, or OFAC.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range $200,000-$230,000, based on experience and location.
