Job Description

Under the general direction of the manager, administers and supports IT infrastructure Change, Configuration and Release (CCR) management processes. Responsible for developing and maintaining CCR controls, traceability, compliance and reports. Documents processes and procedures and provides training on IT Service Management (ITSM) policies, procedures and general processes. Establishes and maintains configuration and release management records and performs periodic configuration and release audits. Assists audit teams in identifying and locating production CCR records. Ensures proper execution of CCR Management policies and procedures and promotes consistency of procedures and processes. Tracks and controls CCRs for IT infrastructure and provides accurate and current status, configuration, release, and relational data to customers. Partners with problem and incident team on change related issues and provides post-incident support.
