Job Description

Our digital solutions provide technology to enable easier capturing, archiving, live streaming and sharing of clinical video and other data around diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, as well as simulation training. The DSM will focus on shaping and executing on digital commercialization strategies. The digital sales and utilization team consists of Digital Sales Representatives (DSR) and Digital Solutions Integration Specialists (DSIS). The DSM regularly leads and facilitates meetings, builds solid relationships, solves critical business challenges, and creates new programs with the goal of advancing customer engagement and satisfaction. This field-based position requires 2-4 days per week travelling or being present with customers and teams across the assigned region. The DSM remains open to include other existing digital solutions, that may benefit from regrouping into the current portfolio or to include future digital solutions, as they are being brought to market. This postion adapts quickly to continuous changes in a digital organization that evolves quickly over time.
