Job Description

Architect and operationalize end-to-end recruiting workflows, systems, and governance models that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth. Build infrastructure to scale rapidly and sustainably, balancing automation with personalization. Identify process inefficiencies and design innovative, measurable solutions that improve throughput, quality of hire, and overall recruiting performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Build and own robust data frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools to monitor recruiting health and inform executive decision-making. Use data to proactively identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive strategic hiring plans. Evaluate, implement, and optimize recruiting systems (e.g., ATS, CRM, scheduling tools) to enable automation, scalability, and exceptional user experience. Integrate recruiting tools with broader HR and business systems for seamless operations and reporting. Act as a strategic partner to Recruiting, HR, and other Business Leaders to align on headcount planning, hiring forecasts, and workforce strategy. Lead operational reviews and planning sessions, ensuring clear accountability and alignment across stakeholders. Apply expertise from both startup and enterprise environments to establish scalable best practices that evolve with business needs. Institutionalize operational playbooks and knowledge sharing to uplift the recruiting function. Design and implement structured processes that ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Measure and continuously improve candidate experience metrics.
