Job Description
As a Sales & Service Representative within PNC's Customer Care Center organization, you will handle customer inquiries such as filing disputes, assisting with online banking questions, and other various tasks. The role involves transitioning service conversations to present sales opportunities, increasing share of wallet to customers, handling inquiries, and offering home secured lending products. This position supports a complex dedicated suite of products/services, leveraging an advanced process or tool to support external customers. You will deliver CARES model to customers and service partners, resolving customer service inquiries and issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with PNC's core values. Must be able to provide a dedicated, confidential work space and have high speed internet.
