Lantern is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecosystem Partnerships Operations Manager to join Lantern’s Partnerships team. This role will support the growth and success of our partner ecosystem by driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed effectively. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a mix of project management expertise, technical & analytical skills, and knowledge of the healthcare and benefits ecosystem.
Responsibilities include ecosystem relationship management, project and process management, technical process documentation and continuous improvement, client implementation support, data, metrics & reporting, financial & contract management, and ecosystem growth & evaluation. Strong relationship-building skills are a must, as well as 5+ years of success in project management, operations or implementation, preferably in healthcare, benefits or digital health.
