Job Description
We are seeking a professional and empathetic IT Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is engaging, adaptable, and an excellent communicator who can effectively bridge technical and non-technical conversations. This role requires someone who thrives in collaborative environments, maintains strict confidentiality, and is trusted with sensitive information.
Remote Support: Provide exceptional remote IT support to all full-time employees globally.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent, empathetic, and responsive customer service to employees and leadership.
Account Administration: Administer user accounts across various systems (Google Workspace, OKTA, etc.).
Workflow Automation: Create and improve workflow automation in OKTA and JIRA to enhance efficiency.
Device Management: Manage and provision Apple laptops for employees in Europe. Perform occasional office visits to facilitate laptop configuration and maintenance. Enhance and scale JAMF policies and configurations for Mac devices. Oversee laptop patch management processes to ensure compliance and security.
API Integration: Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize API integrations to support IT operations.
Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams to support organizational goals. Work with leadership and employees across all levels to ensure seamless IT operations.
