About the role:
- Provide production support for enterprise PingFederate environments.
- Troubleshoot complex SSO and authentication issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain PingFederate in production.
- Support SSO using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and health monitoring.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in IT application support and IAM.
- Strong hands-on PingFederate administration.
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux, JSON, PowerShell, Git, and regular expressions.
