The role also includes utilizing HubSpot for CRM activities and maintaining documentation through Confluence. Staying informed of industry trends in custom software development, data consolidation/analytics, and system integrations is crucial to effectively communicate service offerings. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the technology industry, proficiency with HubSpot and Confluence, a strong understanding of the technology services industry, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
