Role Overview:
- As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will provide expert advice and assurance across a large multi-site retail estate, covering a designated region in the North Division.
- You will work collaboratively with operational leaders to embed a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fire risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify risks and drive improvements.
- Support accident investigations and implement preventative measures.
- Deliver engaging training and coaching to store management teams.
What We're Looking For:
- NEBOSH General Certificate and Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification required.
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role within a multi-site environment, ideally retail or logistics.
- Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
