Job Description
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and grow a team of Account Executives while actively contributing to pipeline generation, deal strategy, and revenue targets. You’ll report to the Head of Revenue and play a key role in building a repeatable, scalable sales engine in a fast-paced startup environment. You will manage, coach, and support a team of quota-carrying AEs, drive outbound pipeline growth and support full-cycle enterprise sales, review calls and deal activity via Gong.io to improve performance and close rates. You will also partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and GTM strategy, monitor and forecast sales performance in Salesforce and HubSpot, lead by example—own key enterprise opportunities and assist in closing complex deals, and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and developing a top-performing sales team.
