Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of enablement program managers to design and deliver high-impact, scalable programs for the full go-to-market organization.
  • Own the strategy, design, and execution of key GTM initiatives including onboarding, continuous learning, product launches, and sales plays.
  • Build a robust enablement calendar and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling enablement programs across large, multi-segment GTM organizations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
