Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention. They will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with our solutions. Responsibilities include identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase account value, as well as managing renewals and contract negotiations, ensuring a seamless client experience. The Account Manager will also address client inquiries and resolve issues.
The role requires 3+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B software sales, ideally focused on SMB. Demonstrated ability to own complex customer relationships end-to-end and deliver measurable business results is essential, along with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Software sales environment is considered a plus.
