What You'll Own:
- Team Leadership & Coaching: manage and mentor a team of three, set clear expectations for quality and pace.
- Project & Production Management: own the production calendar, delegate deadlines, and negotiate scope.
- Asset & Catalog Quality: oversee product publishing and design QA processes.
Who You Are:
- You love building systems and turning ad hoc processes into documented, repeatable workflows.
- You're scrappy under pressure and comfortable inside a CMS.
- You're direct and curious about where the catalog breaks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience with team leadership.
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication.
- Hands-on experience with CMS or PIM, plus working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
