New Content Publishing & Workflow Automation Specialist

In This Role:

• You will support digital content publishing while improving the workflows used to prepare, review, ingest, release, and maintain content.
• You will divide your time between hands-on publishing and QA activities and developing automated solutions that reduce manual effort and increase production speed.
• You will work closely with content managers, designers, engineers, localization partners, and vendors to coordinate publishing activities and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, publish, update, and maintain digital content through a CMS and perform detailed QA reviews of templates before ingestion.
• Identify repetitive, manual, or error-prone content processes and build automated solutions using Python, PowerShell, APIs, or similar technologies.
• Develop dashboards, batch-processing tools, and validation workflows that provide visibility into publishing volume, quality, and turnaround time.

Compensation and Benefits:

• For Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $18 to $20 per hour, with actual starting pay based on experience and skills.
