Dealer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for dealership partners.
  • Build strong relationships with dealership leadership, finance managers, and sales teams.
  • Support dealership groups and larger accounts in partnership with other District Managers.

F&I Performance & Training:

  • Deliver consultative guidance on F&I processes, sales performance, and dealership operations.
  • Conduct in-dealership training and coaching with finance and sales teams.
  • Demonstrate APCO’s F&I process and product offerings effectively.

Business Growth & Strategy:

  • Conduct dealership opportunity analysis and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Present recommendations and business strategies to dealership executives and owners.
  • Monitor dealership performance and identify opportunities for growth.
