Senior Organizer

The Working Families Party is seeking a Senior Organizer based in Northern California to support our membership organizing and electoral programs for endorsed candidates, and to staff our regional steering committee of member affiliates and representatives across Northern California counties. Essential duties include cultivating a base of member leaders and volunteers to advance WFP’s electoral and party-building goals, growing membership in the Bay Area, leading in-person events and campaign camps, and building a team of local leaders. The role involves navigating complex regional dynamics, tracking the political landscape, and developing relationships with elected officials. It also requires managing contact lists and building strong relationships with WFP member affiliates and allies.
