About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end legal and law-related projects for customers at an AI company.
- Translate customer needs into actionable specifications and coordinate Operations and legal experts.
What You'll Do:
- Own projects from scoping and pipeline design through execution and delivery.
- Design and improve domain-specific pipelines for usability, accuracy, quality, and scalability.
- Coordinate Operations teams and legal domain experts for rapid, high-quality delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. or equivalent law degree with 2+ years in legal practice, research, or compliance.
- 2+ years leading complex projects or operational workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with attorneys.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $180,000 to $230,000 USD annually.
- Includes equity eligibility and potential performance-based bonuses.
