Main Objectives and Duties:

  • Communicates system downtimes to stakeholders.
  • Escalates system issues and tool problems.
  • Documents and sends downtime summary reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Updates operations with staffing levels.
  • Manages staff levels based on requirements.
  • Monitors actual vs. scheduled staffing.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or 3 years of related coursework.
  • Knowledge in FTE projection and calculation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Avaya CMS Supervisor (or similar).
