- Communicates system downtimes to stakeholders.
- Escalates system issues and tool problems.
- Documents and sends downtime summary reports.
Responsibilities:
- Updates operations with staffing levels.
- Manages staff levels based on requirements.
- Monitors actual vs. scheduled staffing.
Qualifications:
- College graduate or 3 years of related coursework.
- Knowledge in FTE projection and calculation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Avaya CMS Supervisor (or similar).
