Objectives:
- Get up to speed with Jitterbit processes and tools, including industry value proposition and CRM systems.
- Learn and explain new product features to align Jitterbit's platform with prospect objectives.
- Meet quarterly goals for lead identification, pipeline building, and business closure support.
Prospecting:
- Engage with inbound prospects from marketing leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct outbound activities to target ideal customer titles and generate qualification meetings.
- Perform high-level executive conversations and use qualifying sales methodologies.
Strategy and Execution:
- Create and execute tailored sales cadences and call scripts in collaboration with marketing.
- Research key customer initiatives and competitors to inform account plans.
- Document and communicate prospect insights to the Account Executive team for follow-up.
