WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

  • Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts across North America, from cold outreach to close.
  • Build and refine the GTM playbook: ICP definition, outbound motion, discovery frameworks, pitch narrative, and objection handling.
  • Hire and onboard the next AEs once you have proven the model.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3 to 5 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or AI, selling to enterprise or mid-market buyers in North America.
  • Navigated multi-stakeholder deals, understand discovery, and can connect product capabilities to customer business problems.
  • Strong communication skills, making complex topics feel simple and urgent, with crisp written and compelling verbal abilities.

YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF:

  • Sold AI or automation products and understand enterprise AI adoption buying psychology.
  • Worked in an early-stage or zero-to-one environment and enjoyed the ambiguity.
