We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter with success in recruiting for production, manufacturing & operations positions. This role is fully remote and may run between 6-8 months, but could get extended. Our client is a global leader in thermal management and HVAC solutions, serving industries from automotive to commercial HVAC. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, be consultative, and support teams that are CST. The responsibilities include sourcing top talent for various manufacturing, production, & operations positions across multiple industries and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
