Opportunity:
- Own the people-management engine that drives care team performance and outcomes.
- Partner with clinical, operations, and product teams to scale the care model.
Responsibilities:
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management for multi-disciplinary care teams.
- Build workload models that differentiate effort by member complexity.
- Govern SOPs, SLAs, and algorithms for care team workflows.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in healthcare operations leadership, including managing 250+ FTEs.
- Demonstrated ownership of performance-management systems and workforce modeling.
- Clinical literacy required; RN or clinical license preferred.
