About the Role:
- The Cereals Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end commercial success of the cereals portfolio.
- This role owns portfolio strategy, positioning, pricing, demand planning, and lifecycle execution.
- The position is based in Garden City, KS, with flexible work options.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement product positioning, segmentation, and value propositions from agronomic data.
- Lead pricing strategy and value realization balancing volume, market share, and margin.
- Drive successful product launches, adoption, and lifecycle management across the cereals portfolio.
