Role Overview:

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting prospective agents across Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota.
  • Drive new and existing business through agency visits, social events, trade shows, and direct correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned agent accounts to help them grow.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of sales experience, with crop insurance experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and work independently to achieve organizational goals.
