Senior Professional Services Consultant

Traackr is seeking a Senior PS Consultant to join our Professional Services Team. Over the last few years, Traackr has organically developed its professional services offering to support the business's growth. The PS team now includes a mix of data analysts, who bring strong analytical and technical expertise, and consultants, who bring business expertise and client-facing experience. Together, they are responsible for executing and delivering high-value projects to Customers. The Senior PS Consultant will be responsible for delivering and expanding our professional services activities among local and international Customers. This will include driving sales opportunities in collaboration with internal teams, managing project delivery, and interacting with third-party partners when required. Responsibilities include contributing to service project design, acting as a trusted advisor to global enterprise customers, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams, leading high-quality service projects, and leveraging internal resources to deliver comprehensive service engagements. Other responsibilities include communicating key insights to the Product team, publishing thought leadership content, analyzing market data, and assisting in developing research initiatives.
