Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative architecture and discovery sessions to capture stakeholder process requirements.
- Design and optimize Workfront structures such as portfolios, custom forms, and request queues for scalability.
- Build and deploy reusable project templates with accurate dependencies and task ownership.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Workfront Solution Architect or Process Consultant.
- Deep expertise in Workfront Fusion, Jira integration, and AI/LLM applications like Claude.
- Strong consultative and change management skills to drive adoption and governance.
Work Environment:
- 100% remote role with standard business hours, minimal travel.
- Contract position estimated through the remainder of the calendar year (5–6 months).
