Senior Product Manager

Overview:

• You will lead the strategy and execution of products focused on driving member engagement, personalization, and positive behavior change.
• You will shape experiences that encourage customers to take meaningful actions related to saving, spending, investing, and financial wellness.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define and measure customer engagement outcomes through product strategy, experimentation, and analytics.
• Lead the development of personalized customer experiences including recommendation systems and engagement frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and UX to deliver innovative consumer-facing experiences.

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of product management experience with a proven track record of product delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with APIs and platform integrations.
