Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for personalization and recommendation delivery.
- Translate model and behavioral outputs into a coherent, shippable recommendation experience.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities across the app and user journey.
Experimentation & Measurement:
- Propose primary and supporting metrics and prevent metric drift by aligning stakeholders.
- Own experiment design end-to-end and ensure every test ties to a concrete product decision.
- Monitor production performance and flag regressions or drift.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner with AI/ML Engineering on ranking, retrieval, and recommendation architecture.
- Align Engineering, Design, and Content on scope, sequencing, and timelines.
- Communicate strategy and trade-offs clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
