Role:
- Lead end-to-end Encounter Data Submission and Reconciliation program, including SOPs and guides.
- Evaluate ROI of ASM workstreams and drive workflow efficiencies.
- Oversee daily processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Medicare Advantage/ACA encounter data experience.
- X-12 837 knowledge, SQL skills, and proficiency in MS Office and project tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for senior leadership presentation.
