Account Supervisor, Field Marketing

TMA is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor (fully remote) to lead a cross-functional agency team in developing and executing integrated campaigns, including media, content, promotions, and experiential work for our Armed Forces client. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. You'll serve as the hub between internal departments and the client, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on strategy, and within budget. Responsibilities include overseeing program development, building client relationships, leading client meetings, providing feedback to internal teams, translating client feedback, contributing strategic recommendations, solving problems, improving agency workflows, and managing client communications and budgets.
