Customer Advisor (all genders) – Finance & Insurance

About the Role:

• You are the main point of contact for employees of our clients on financial wellbeing, insurance, and pension topics.
• You handle inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with excellent customer experience.
• You independently process requests from consultation to implementation.

Your Profile:

• Completed training or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Strong German skills and proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
