Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end purchase order management and customer execution for the LCL national business.
- Analyze OTIF, fill rate, and customer compliance performance to identify trends and drive resolution.
- Support national sales and commercial analytics with scorecards, KPIs, and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales analytics, customer analytics, or a related commercial role in CPG.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and SAP experience are assets.
What Success Looks Like:
- Improved OTIF and fill-rate performance with clear visibility and timely resolution of order issues.
- Reduction in unresolved fines and strong recovery from valid customer disputes.
- Trusted analytical support for the Director and LCL Sales team, driving commercial growth.
