Team Supervision:
- Manage, coach, and support a remote team of paralegals in performance, wellbeing, and training.
- Foster an inclusive culture and ensure adequate cover for workstreams.
Operational Delivery:
- Oversee the evening shift from 15:00-23:00, including work allocation, triage, and handovers.
- Monitor quality, escalate risks, and ensure compliance with time recording.
Process Improvement & Tech:
- Support process improvement and embed AI and legal tech into workflows.
- Collaborate with fee-earners, process architects, and legal tech advisors.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Promote the evening shift to stakeholders and assist with recruitment and training.
- Coordinate with Newcastle and Delhi delivery centres for integrated service.
