Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining the post-sales relationship with our partners and acts as the ConnectWise ambassador. This role works cross-functionally with the Partner Success team to ensure the primary focus is assisting in the expansion and diversification of their partners product service offering and utilization. Responsibilities include providing support to partners, researching and documenting findings, managing accounts, and cultivating additional business. Collaboration with other sellers is essential to maximize account coverage and success. The role involves maintaining regular contact with partners, identifying sales opportunities, conducting quarterly business reviews, and managing renewal notifications. Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM’s is needed.
