Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager will be the commercial contact for prospects and existing customers, ranging to large companies, generating leads and managing independent sales cycles at large accounts and financial institutions. Responsibilities include giving presentations and high-level software demonstrations, collaborating with an experienced pre-sales consultant during the sales process, and working closely with the Marketing & Inside Sales Department. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and related activities. Qualifications include at least a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, strong social and communication skills, a network within large organizations, and affinity with IT systems and Performance Management processes. The ideal candidate is proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, fluent in German and English, and has a proven track record in the CPM or ERP industry. Willingness to travel is required(20%).
