Responsibilities:
- Provides onboarding, development, and performance support for academic leaders.
- Acts as interim Dean or Program Director.
- Supports succession planning and leadership readiness.
Compliance & Quality:
- Ensures compliance with state Boards of Nursing and accrediting bodies.
- Reviews and supports preparation of required regulatory documentation.
- Maintains current knowledge of state rules and regulations.
Program Support:
- Assists campus leadership in addressing clinical capacity.
- Provides recommendations related to program improvement.
- Supports campuses in leveraging data for decision-making.
