Growth Manager

Role Overview:

• Seeking a Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for complex client programs.
• This remote role requires residency in Mexico City and fluency in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and scale high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth.
• Manage recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies across client programs.
• Build data-grounded pitches and maintain strong partner and client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of partnership or channel marketing experience with affiliate marketing background.
• Track record of meeting revenue targets and self-generating new business.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
