Client Relations Director

The Client Relations Director is responsible for growing the Centria Autism and Life Skills Autism Academy (LSAA) centers to full capacity. Key responsibilities include:

• Build a broad referral base to champion the centers’ growth.
• Increase local awareness of Centria and LSAA service offerings.
• Work interdepartmentally to build the company brand.

Essential duties involve:

• Calling and visiting potential referring providers.
• Researching and attending events in the area.
• Ensuring Centria Autism and LSAA locations are appropriately promoting the company brand.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Working with marketing to create and disperse company promotional materials.
• Working with payor relations to increase payor direct referrals.
• Visiting locations to evaluate aesthetics.
