Job Description
The Client Relations Director is responsible for growing the Centria Autism and Life Skills Autism Academy (LSAA) centers to full capacity. Key responsibilities include:
- Build a broad referral base to champion the centers’ growth.
- Increase local awareness of Centria and LSAA service offerings.
- Work interdepartmentally to build the company brand.
Essential duties involve:
- Calling and visiting potential referring providers.
- Researching and attending events in the area.
- Ensuring Centria Autism and LSAA locations are appropriately promoting the company brand.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Working with marketing to create and disperse company promotional materials.
- Working with payor relations to increase payor direct referrals.
- Visiting locations to evaluate aesthetics.
