Accounts Receivable Specialist II

Responsibilities:

• Manage outstanding government and commercial healthcare insurance receivables.
• Research unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims to secure timely reimbursement.
• Verify patient eligibility and service authorizations through payer websites and client systems.
• Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and claims data to identify underpayments and recovery opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare insurance accounts receivable experience.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes and payer requirements.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounts receivable software.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: $20.00–$23.00 per hour.
