In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for Salesforce support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while continuously enhancing the platform to empower users, streamline processes, and drive strategic growth.
You’ll tackle support tickets, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement smart solutions that elevate the user experience and operational efficiency across our global business.
Responsibilities include Owning & Optimizing Salesforce Administration, being the Driving Force Behind Reports & Dashboards, Business Analysis & Process Improvement, and Training, Supporting & Empowering Users.
